Our owners have high expectations for the maintenance and care of their home. Sunriver Resort employs a well-trained team of experienced maintenance engineers that performs regular preventative maintenance inspections to ensure your home remains in good repair. And they’re available around the clock to respond to guest needs should they arise.
Our housekeeping team knows that cleanliness is the first thing that our owners and guests will notice when they arrive. Our lead housekeepers provide quality control to ensure that proper attention is given to the details. For consistency among our properties, we provide quality linens and towels which are laundered in our own central facility thus saving wear and tear on your machines, and making the cleaning process more efficient.
The key to providing reliable, high-quality care for your home comes down to one main factor–communication. At the hub of this communication is your Resident Manager. Their role is to ensure that your home is performing successfully and is maintained in a fashion that is consistent with guest expectations and your pride of ownership while aiming to enhance the long-term value of your property.
Our sales and marketing efforts are unrivaled. We invest millions of dollars each year to bring families and groups to Sunriver Resort. We have a group sales department that focuses on larger blocks of business, such as corporate groups, associations, and weddings. No other company can offer this powerful and effective marketing outreach.
Because we are also part of a large hotel operation, we offer our owners and guests 24-hour front desk, complimentary resort transportation, and concierge services that will assist with anything from dinner reservations to canoe rental information. Our guests receive special rates on all recreational activities, as well as special booking consideration.
We also offer an exclusive “Sunriver Difference” program which includes discounted and complimentary recreation, dining and other benefits.
