Savor the Flavors of Central Oregon at the Sunriver Resort Food & Wine Festival
Published on January 27, 2023
Indulge in a culinary journey all month long at the inaugural Sunriver Resort Food & Wine Festival, taking place February 1-28. Hosted at select dining venues at Sunriver Resort, including its signature restaurant, Lodge Kitchen, the festival aims to showcase the region’s rich farming and food heritage, as well as the unique culinary vision of Executive Chef Josh Hedrick.
Caldera Springs residents and guests are invited to participate in the wide range of celebrations and gatherings, including tasting events, cooking classes, live music and more. Regional vintners, farmers, local craft spirits, and beers from around Central Oregon and the Pacific Northwest will be featured throughout the festival.
One of the highlights of the festival is the Saturday Supper Club, held at Lodge Kitchen every Saturday in February from 5:00pm-8:30pm. The dinner includes a four-course menu with a special themed menu and wine list each week. The cost is $160 per couple, with an optional wine pairing for an additional cost of $59 per couple. On Super Bowl Sunday, the Owl’s Nest will host a Super Bowl Watch, Dine & Drink Event from 9:00am to close. Guests can catch every moment of the game on the Owl’s Nest’s five HD TVs while simultaneously enjoying food and drink specials, including The Lodge Burger, Smoked Brisket Nachos and more.
