New Footage of Forest House: Construction Progress Ahead of Summer 2024 Launch

At Caldera Springs, we take pride in delivering sought-after amenities that enhance our residential experience. And now, we’re excited to share the latest developments at Forest House, our most eagerly anticipated amenity on track to be complete by Summer 2024. Here’s what’s done, and what you can expect in the coming months — including brand-new drone footage to see it firsthand.

Just Completed: Pool & Water Slides

The pools and water slides at Forest House are officially in! Come Summer 2024, the aquatics complex will feature everything from a family pool and lazy river to a kids activity pool, three spas and double-racer water slides — a paradise for kids and adults alike.

Interior & Exterior Updates

Inside the new amenity complex, we’ve installed tongue and groove cedar ceilings throughout the building, put in sheetrock, completed mechanical, electrical and plumbing work, and prepared tile. On the exterior, we’ve completed masonry work, installed cedar trim and siding, made advancements on the pool deck and pool vessels, and much more.

State-of-the-Art Fitness Center: For those who value staying active, our cutting-edge fitness center will offer the ultimate setting to break a sweat and stay in shape.

Family Gathering Room: Imagine a dedicated space where you can relax, celebrate special occasions with neighbors and family, and even take advantage of two lanes of duckpin bowling — with nature as your backdrop, no less.

Poolside Cafe & Bar: Picture yourself lounging by the pool, sipping your favorite beverages and fueling up with delicious snacks. That’s what our poolside cafe & bar will offer.
