A Look at the New Amenities Coming to Caldera Springs

Caldera Springs has long been celebrated for its year-round amenities designed to create cherished moments for the whole family, from world-class recreation spaces to acres of outdoor exploration to friendly rounds of 9-hole golf on Caldera Links. The latest phase of development will offer even more immersive ways to experience the Pacific Northwest’s premier residential resort community. Here’s a preview of what’s to come.

Forest House

Set on a forested slope with views of Mt. Bachelor, this modern-mountain facility is the centerpiece of Caldera Springs’ amenity expansion and will be home to multiple swimming pools, double-racer water slide, state-of-the-art fitness center, family room, bar & cafe. Scheduled to be completed in Summer 2024, Forest House will serve as a central gathering space for the community, complement the existing Lake House and doubling the aquatics and wellness features at Caldera Springs.

Community Park & Trails

In addition to Forest House, other proposed new amenities include an imaginative community park, complete with pickleball courts and nature-inspired climbing and play structures. Seven acres of community lakes and streams will provide new ways to explore by water, along with miles of new paved and soft trails, adding to the nine miles of existing pathways throughout Caldera Springs.
