Caldera Springs Year in Review: 2023

This was an outstanding year for Caldera Springs, filled with notable sales achievements, new additions to the neighborhood and exciting upcoming developments. In May, our real estate team hosted a celebratory grand opening of the new Forestbrook Model Home, followed by several successful open houses that gave owners and visitors the opportunity to experience our iconic light, bright mountain-modern designs. With such an exceptional year behind us, all signs point to continued success in the burgeoning residential-resort market.

We also moved forward with several major amenities in 2023, including the highly anticipated Forest House with its pools, dual racer water slide and cafe; the transformation of the scenic Lake House for dining and socializing; and our new Mirror Rock Park with carefully planned landscapes that showcase a variety of native plants along a the tranquil shores of Mirror Lake.   We also broke ground on Forest Park, our new community park featuring pickleball courts, a play area and dog park arriving next summer.

Additionally, we completed miles of new nature trails for residents to explore our idyllic setting, while new Preservation Park homesites and the sellout of Mirror Rock homesites met high demand. We also worked closely with trusted builders to bring a selection of new spec homes and custom homes across Caldera Springs.

We’re thrilled to see the growing number of owners and visitors who have begun to live, play and build lasting memories here. Next year, our community can look forward to even more highly anticipated milestones — stay tuned for updates!
