Are You Ready? What to Expect at Caldera Springs’ New Forest House This Summer

Get ready for Caldera Springs’ most eagerly anticipated amenity, arriving just in time for summer: Forest House. This thoughtfully designed, multi-use facility is set to take our residential resort experience to new heights with incredible outdoor pools, recreation spaces, dining, fitness offerings, and more. Here’s a sneak peek at everything you can look forward to this summer.

Expansive Pool Deck

Make a splash at Forest House in the expansive new outdoor pool area, complete with a large main pool and lazy river, family spa, kids pool with a splash pad, and the Piney’s Plunge dual-racer water slide. The amenity centerpiece will also feature an adults-only Tranquility Deck with its own spa and water features for ultimate relaxation. For year-round soaking, look no further than the large soaking pool integrated with the fitness center. Post fun, kick back in a chaise lounge, or reserve a cabana or daybed for total privacy and sun protection.

The Family Room

Step indoors to the inviting Family Room, the central hub for recreation and socializing. Here, you can cozy up by the three-sided gas fireplace, play a round of duckpin bowling on two lanes, take on shuffleboard, play the giant wall Scrabble, or choose from an array of family games and digital game tables. An indoor/outdoor bar and outdoor firepit area provide the perfect setting for gathering with loved ones. 

Piney’s Poolside Bar & Cafe

When it’s time to refuel, grab drinks and bites at Piney’s, a laidback indoor/outdoor dining spot that services the pool and Family Room. The menu and operating hours will be adjusted seasonally! 

The Fitness Center

Ready to break a sweat? The new 1,748-square-foot fitness center triples the workout space at Caldera Springs, featuring stunning mountain vistas through oversized windows. You’ll have access to top-of-the-line strength equipment, functional training gear, smart cardio machines (with Technogym app connectivity), and unique pieces like the Kinesis machine and Outrace Tower. The amenity-stocked locker rooms include swimsuit dryers and more.
