Western Home Journal Spotlights Caldera Springs in Spring 2023 Issue
Published on April 21, 2023
Western Home Journal, the nation’s premier luxury mountain home resource, has spotlighted Caldera Springs in not one but two features in their Bend Spring 2023 issue. From a full two-page spread highlighting our new amenities and Forestbrook vacation homes to a roundtable discussion featuring Lindsay Kuzara, a key member Sunriver Realty’s Caldera Springs Real Estate team, Western Home Journal perfectly captures why Caldera Springs is the Pacific Northwest’s premier residential resort community.
A New Era at Caldera Springs
Written by Noah Nelson, the publication’s editorial piece on Caldera Springs zeroes in on the community’s “long-awaited eastern expansion,” bringing with it a highly anticipated new amenity core, Forest House, as well as the new Forestbrook Vacation Homes real estate offering “designed for those seeking the benefits of both a vacation home and rental property.”
The editorial goes on to describe Caldera Springs as “the perfect basecamp for enjoying fun-filled Pacific Northwest adventures,” offering residents seamless access to outdoor activities in the community itself and at nearby Mt. Bachelor. Continue reading to see why real estate and lifestyle contribute to an unrivaled four-season retreat at Caldera Springs.

Bend Real Estate Roundtable
In Caldera Springs’ second feature, Western Home Journal facilitates a roundtable discussion between three local real estate experts, including Lindsay Kuzara, our dedicated broker at Sunriver Realty. The group discusses everything from emerging communities to current market conditions in Bend, with Lindsay highlighting Caldera Springs as an “anomaly” in Central Oregon thanks to its real estate ownership opportunities and world-class amenities.
Kuzara further highlights the community’s sales success, which includes achieving $119.1 million in sales volume in 2022 alone. “Regardless of market conditions, I believe Caldera Springs will continue to see sustained demand and interest,” she shares.
