Each summer, the Central Oregon Builders Association (COBA) hosts one of the region’s most anticipated events: the Tour of Homes. A celebration of craftsmanship, creativity and innovation, the Tour invites the public to explore newly completed homes by the area’s leading builders—offering a rare look at the latest in residential design, construction and lifestyle trends.

This year, Caldera Springs was proud to feature four homes on the Tour, with each one receiving top honors.
