Lake House | Caldera Springs

Our first stop is the Lake House, the crown jewel of Caldera Springs. This new space offers a perfect setting to gather and create lasting memories against a backdrop of breathtaking natural surroundings. Whether you’re lounging with family in the dining room, warming up by the fireplace in the bar, or roasting s’mores under the starlit sky on the outdoor patio, Lake House provides an unforgettable dining experience.

Must Try: Bison Burger — grilled onions, bacon, arugula, Oregon blue cheese, and truffled peppercorn aioli on a Big Ed’s potato bun.

Piney’s | Caldera Springs

For those seeking a more laid-back dining experience, Piney’s at Forest House is the go-to spot. This new casual indoor/outdoor bar and cafe is perfect whether you’re chilling by the pool or lounging in the Family Room. Enjoy light, fresh fare such as grilled fish tacos, shrimp and pineapple skewers, fun fresh salads, and sandwiches.

Must Try: Grilled Fish Tacos — blackened cod, cilantro, red cabbage, queso fresco, pickled jalapeños, red cabbage, avocado crema, and lime.

Note, Piney’s is only open to Caldera Springs owners and Caldera Springs guests who book through Sunriver Resort Vacation Properties.

Shore Shack | Caldera Springs

Start your day at Shore Shack with morning coffee and pastries, and stay for the lunch and dinner menu. Open seasonally, this lakeside gem is best enjoyed by the fire pit, offering a cozy atmosphere throughout the day.

Must Try: Ruby Jewel Ice Cream Sandwich — choose from oatmeal chocolate chip cookie with butterscotch ice cream, chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream, or brown sugar cookie with strawberry ice cream.

Venturing just outside Caldera Springs, find Lodge Kitchen at Sunriver Resort. With its open-concept kitchen, Lodge Kitchen offers a window into the world of creative culinary arts. Here, you’ll find a fresh take on seasonal flavors from the Pacific Northwest, complemented by sweeping, majestic views of Sunriver and sunset over Mt. Bachelor.

Must Try: 10 oz Wagyu Hanger Steak — get it with chimichurri!

Owl’s Nest | Sunriver Resort

Perched just up the stairs in the lodge, Owl’s Nest has been part of Sunriver’s history since 1969. With its bird’s eye view of the golf course and Mt. Bachelor, it offers a selection of pub bites, entrees, and an extensive range of Pacific Northwest craft beers and wines.

The Grille at Crosswater | Sunriver Resort

Our culinary journey concludes at The Grille at Crosswater, where Chef Jason Greene’s distinctive menu of New American cuisine shines. The restaurant emulates the feel of a true Northwest family dining room, offering diverse dishes prepared with the freshest local ingredients.
