The Best of the Year: Caldera Springs’ Year in Review 2025

Published on January 9, 2026

Caldera Springs continued to flourish this year, evolving in ways that made the community feel more connected, lively, and full of possibility. With new spaces settling into their rhythm and new neighborhoods taking shape, 2025 marked a meaningful step forward in the community’s story.

Residents enjoyed their first full year at the Forest House, Lake House, Forest Park, Shore Shack, and The Outpost, which have quickly become everyday gathering places—from lakeside meals and morning workouts to family adventures and relaxed afternoons in the sun.

Our events calendar also became a true centerpiece of community life. The 4th of July Bike Parade, live music, bingo gatherings, and the Turkey Wobble 5K brought neighbors together throughout the year. Outdoors, the expansion of bike and walking trails brought our trail network to 13 miles, creating even more opportunities to explore.

A major highlight this year was the debut of Preservation Park, a natural extension of our trail network and outdoor offerings. Its opening aligned seamlessly with the complete sellout of the Preservation neighborhood homesites, reflecting ongoing enthusiasm for homesites rooted in nature.

Two exciting additions further shaped the year: Wild Pine, our newest neighborhood of homesites, and Lakeside Vacation Homes—the first to bring vacation home ownership to the edge of Lava Springs Lake.

Construction progress remained strong throughout the community. All 26 Forestbrook homes reached completion, and more than 60% of sold and pending homesites advanced into construction, completion, or design review.

Caldera Springs also shined regionally, with four award-winning homes featured in the COBA Tour of Homes, showcasing the thoughtful design and craftsmanship that define the community.

As we wrap up 2025, one thing stands out: this was a year of momentum, filled with new experiences, meaningful growth, and the everyday moments that make Caldera Springs feel like home.
