The Caldera Springs team gathered with project managers from R&H Construction to celebrate the official groundbreaking of Forest House in a ceremony Monday, October 17th, marking an exciting milestone for Caldera Springs. As the centerpiece amenity of Caldera Springs’ Eastern Expansion, Forest House promises to define a new era for the Pacific Northwest’s premier residential resort community.

Once complete in Summer 2024, Forest House will feature a collection of swimming pools with double-racer water slide, state-of-the-art fitness center, family gathering room, poolside cafe and bar, and much more.
