The Best of the Year: Caldera Springs’ Year in Review, 2024

What a year it’s been at Caldera Springs! 2024 brought an amazing array of new additions that have turned our community into an even more incredible place to call home. Over the summer, we unveiled an unprecedented collection of new amenities that have redefined the community experience. The cornerstone of this transformation was the debut of Forest House, an innovative aquatic and wellness center that has quickly become the soul of summer activities, featuring our signature lazy river, interactive splash pad, and the thrilling Piney’s Plunge dual-racer water slide.

The evolution of our community spaces continued with the unveiling of the reimagined Lake House, where Chef Krista Matheis’s Northwest-inspired cuisine pairs perfectly with panoramic views of Obsidian Lake and Mt. Bachelor. We enhanced the outdoor lifestyle experience with the introduction of The Outpost, our new adventure headquarters, and the versatile Forest Park, which seamlessly transitions from summer pickleball matches to winter sledding adventures. The addition of the Shore Shack created a casual lakeside destination that serves The Quarry from sunrise to sunset.

In the real estate realm, we reached a significant milestone with the sellout of our prestigious Wildlife Forest Preserve Homesites. Building on this momentum, we introduced our exclusive Preservation collection — thoughtfully designed homesites that offer an incomparable connection to the natural landscape and extensive trail network that defines Caldera Springs.
