The three-bedroom main home gives families and groups room to settle in together. Two suites sit on the main level, while the upstairs bunk room is made for late-night stories, movie marathons, and kids claiming a space of their own. Two sets of twin bunk beds, a pull-out sofa, TV, and lounge area make it useful for friends or extra guests.

Downstairs, the living room looks out toward the pines and Lava Springs Lake through expansive windows. Cozy up beside the gas fireplace after a day of adventure, or gather in the open-concept kitchen while dinner comes together. A large island, beautiful wood cabinetry, pendant lighting and an open layout keep whoever is cooking right in the middle of the conversation.

Then, take the evening outside. A private hot tub sits beside a covered patio with a firepit and seating overlooking the lake, giving everyone another place to gather after a day at Forest House, on Mt. Bachelor, along the trails, or at Caldera Links.

Lakeside feels private, but recreation and amenities are so close.

Forest House is a short trail ride from Lakeside, with pools, Piney’s double-racer water slide, fitness, duckpin bowling, dining at Piney’s, and gathering spaces.

Curtis Homes designed each residence around its waterfront setting, with floor-to-ceiling windows framing Lava Springs Lake. Each home includes a three-bedroom main residence and attached one-bedroom studio with its own entrance, bathroom, kitchenette, and patio.

Both spaces participate in Caldera Springs’ vacation rental program, with rental availability required for a minimum of 38 weeks each year. Sunriver Resort Vacation Properties provides full-service management, handling bookings, housekeeping, and property care while giving owners the opportunity to generate rental revenue when the home is not in owner use.
